Bright, great acid. Not sure of the varietals, but has Gruner pungent and vegetal notes, with Riesling apricot and peach fruit. 11.5 abv, organic and not cold stabilized from the looks of the tartrates. Fun stuff.

Slight straw color, great sheen in the glass. Light bodies palate with simple acid. Yellow apple core, melon flavors. Opened 8/22/15
