Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Needs long lead time in decanter to open up. Once open, great dark fruit flavored with a note of cocoa on the long finish.

Another vintage of yawn. Great nose but a short finish, black fruit, lots of green pepper and black tea. The alcohol is a little out of balance too. If it were $20 it would be fine. But it's not.

Very enjoyable! Haven't had this in a while and it was quite nice.

Good, but I was hoping for better.

Baby Quintessa. Tastes like I'm sucking on a blackberry. Faust is almost always a good value at $50 or so.

So much fun. Up and down. Rich. Chocolate. Black fruit.

Super duper extracted. Mighty extracted. Syrupy fruit and viscous mouthfeel. Slight bell pepper and substantial serving of black fruit. Serious hang time...

Yum-lishish. Dense fruit.
