Fontanasanta Vigneti delle Dolomiti Manzoni Bianco

I adore this woman maker in the Dolomites, but my friends felt this white blend too suave for the setting (San Juan, PR)

Paired beautifully with Fruits de terre at Rijks restaurant, Amsterdam

Tropical fruits and a bit of delightful tartness

lots of minerality, deep yellow color- not my fave. from DFP, ~$35

Deep yellow in color. Honey, beeswax, lanolin, with a touch of effervescence on open. No sharp edges. Not exactly my style wine but well made and can imagine this aging gracefully
