Vouvray "Clos Baudoin" 2004
Technically, this was produced by SARL Vallée de Nouy. It's actually from the in between days when François Chidaine was working under a nétoyyage agreement with Philippe Poniatowski. This comes from the Poniatowski side of the 50/50 split of the finished wines, sealed up with Poniatowski corks and capsules even though Chidaine farmed the vines and made the wines. Drinking pretty damn well, by the way.
