Good, ultra-dry Chianti Classico, a bit acidic. However…still has bigger berry, overall taste and full flavor than many-most Chianti Classicos - probably would improve with decanting. Frescobaldi knows what they’re doing here…

Classy profile of dried red fruit (sour cherry, strawberry), fresh oregano and thyme, old leather, and iron. High acid with sturdy tannins that demand decanting, this has a long life ahead. What stood out most was a lovely mint flavor in the finish.
