First time I tried it I enjoyed it. It seemed tight and could use a little mellowing . But still it was a drink that could be enjoyed now. But it never loosened up even after decanting. Maybe keep it a few more years before opening and it will mellow out.

Tart, solid minerals, cherries and plum. Not too many layer however the lasting flavor is balanced. Gets the job done
