Very shy initially but after some air showed nice minerality, lemon and some saline notes. Not quite in the old Chablis mushroomy goodness phase yet but very enjoyable.

Excellent aged premier cru Chablis. High minerality with wet stones and chalk. High acidity with lemon and green apple notes.
