2023 vintage. A single parcel Chablis that could be mistaken for a Premier Cru (until you taste their Premiers Crus alongside). Much more complexity and minerality compared to the basic Chablis. — 4 months ago
Wow. Just wow. Amazing village Chablis.
Nose: lovely fleshy peaches. Elegant but sexy.
Palate: perfect peaches bonded with minerals. Dense sensual.
This wine really is its own thing.
If you have the room a 2 case purchase a year. 10 if you do dinner parties.

Not to be confounded with the mythical Vincent Dauvissat, but this is a great estate in its own right. An excellent example of a basic Chablis. The " parcellaires" ( single parcel selections) are even better. — 4 months ago
Holy shit. Sheeeit.
Nose: utterly explosive. Lemon peel. Lemon oil. Stony. Blasty white flowers.
Palate: sweet lemon. Mineral. Acidic blast. Delicious.
$30ish.
Blind this is Grand cru. Is has the density. The complexity. Better than most grand crus.
What a winemaker !

So brilliant. Nose of meyer lemon, seashells, that Chablis soul. Palate is round and rich yet taught and linear. Clearly needs air for the finish to fan out. But is sneakily persistent. So good and will get way better with air. Always does here. Wow with some air. This got elite quick. — 8 days ago
