Fucking awesome with spicy flying fish

Even more modern than previous vintages. Amazing combination of pineapple and lemon rind with super high acid

A favorite- fuller, more sancerre/cat pissy w the tics of age, but really emerges as a mineral zelig as it drinks. Plus, for some reason, completely undervalued (about 26$)

Lots of energy and bouncy bright fruit. Shows a lot of damp earth, candied fruit, mushrooms. Hefty mid-palate and forward momentum but feels slightly confused. Still delicious and great value

Zippy and lean!

High acid. Bright and fun. Nice citrus notes.

Really good for the price. Depth and concentration. Conducting an in depth tasting/drinking before it goes on by the glass for the weekend.
