Gran Reserva 904 Rioja Tempranillo Graciano

Good plummy fruit. A slightly weird acetone thing on the nose. Contained

Garnet core , wide terracotta rim . Quite aromatic with sous bois , floral hints , spiced dried cherry, iodine , earth and leather . On the palate this has high acidity , fine tannins , orange rind , wet earth, sous bois , dried cherry . Good length . Ready drink now and over the next 5 years , just starting to run out of steam after a couple of hours . Elegant and refined in style

1995 vintage, still plenty of fruit

This is an amazing wine to have. I had it 20 years later than the date of harvest. Exceptional for tapas containing chorizo, steaks, shrimps. It is aged to perfection, with long lasting after taste silky finish and preserving its fine tempranillo character. Pure Spain in the bottle.

1995 in a Rioja class.

Carried this back 8 years ago when i visited Bodega the first time. This wine is traditional classic old school Rioja- earthy and fully developed primary nose, soft acid n tannin, haunting finish... 🍷💃

Wow beautiful soft perfumed lush fruit and loam and leather. Great complete wine

I had given up on this wine. Really easy to mess up if not stored properly. This bottle was AMAZING!
