The palate has a refreshing med-high acidity and some salinity with cherry & strawberry notes carrying through. Paired perfectly with dill butter roasted salmon and a relaxing night on the balcony. Oh hey last minute Target wine not disappointed in fact INTO it to the point that I wish I’d taken advantage of it being on clearance. What, are people only looking for Provence?! They need to look north. This is a little unresolved but vibrant and limey and stony and at the same time ripe and you don’t mind the choreography is not finessed, its enthusiasm and interest win.
