Asti Spumante Sparkling White Blend

Bright straw gold. Nose and palate of white flowers and red apple. Persistent large bubbles with no appreciable mousse. Rich, full body and medium acidity (just enough to hold the sweetness in check) with a short finish. The “Millennium 2000” text on the label is a clue to how old this bottle is, but it’s as fresh tasting as the new bottle I had two days ago. Very nice with Christmas dinner.

I prefer to drink Asti over white or red wines any day. It's simply the best.

Fav champagne, not too sweet but not super dry like other champagnes

Sweet and tasty, like a Moscato. Lower alcohol content than I expected (7.5%).
