Pazo das Bruxas Rías Baixas Albariño

Pale lemon color with stone and tropical fruit aromas and with floral citrus scents. On the palate flavors of peaches and pineapple with citrus zest and hints of chalky notes. Well balanced with lively acidity, long finish ending with mineral, citrus and wet stone nuances. Very nice. Pair this with some sushi.

The witches brew up some tasty Albariño

You know where this wine kicks ass? In Kauai. So tropical, well balanced, good fruit, but awesome acidity with lemons, some pineapple, maybe stone fruit, so freaking delicious and perfect with seafood.

Mostly green apples .Tart. Citrus. Crisp. Fresh. Lemon. Decent acidity. Not very complex. Nice wine to drink on an afternoon on a hot day.

Lovely with slow roasted salmon.

Enjoyed it as a sipping wine. Very well balanced. I have enjoyed most Albarino wines.
