North Canterbury Sauvignon Blanc

This is 2018 Vintage called 12 barrels “Mt. Beautiful” - really tasty slightly higher abv than your usual SB from NZ a lot of spice from the barrels dried herbs really enjoyed this med + body barrel aged SB

Good mineral and citrus with a little tropical fruit action on the finish

Crisp and clean. Not an average Sav Blanc from New Zealand. Grassy, vegetal notes, citrus, super dry with medium plus viscosity. Wonderful with the fresh, Florida seafood we enjoyed at Norman Van Aken's new 1921 Restaurant in Mt Dora.

Super balanced. Nice expression of New Zealand SB. Lee stirring gives it a nice texture. Does not have the "cat pee" element.

Excellent wine for large parties. We had a run on it!
