Deep purple color. Aromas of blackberry, red currant, herbs and baking spices. Perfectly balanced, red and black fruit with an oak finish.

Dark plum in the nose with black cherry, anise and leather in the palate. Did not pair well with a soft white cheese, but went very well with a spicy bresaola
