Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Inky in color with a reddish/ brick rim.

Sweet nose of cherries, black currants, sweet oak, spices, chocolates, tobacco, licorice, cola, eucalyptus, earth and herbs.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with sweet cherries, cooked plums, currants, tobacco leaf, herbs, peppercorn, licorice, light earth and black olives.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very interesting take on a Spanish style Tempranillo from Paso Robles. Rich and fruit forward. Nicely balanced with nice complexity. Elegant and easy drinking.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime. Showed a great nose once it opened up.

Wine Enthusiasts 91 points.

Needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.

100% Tempranillo grapes were aged for 16 months in (44% New) French Oak barrels. A tiny production of only 1,080 bottles.

14.5% alcohol by volume.
