Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with black cherries, plums, light oak, chocolates, herbs, coffee, licorice, light tobacco, light earth, cola, spices and peppercorn.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This 4 year old Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Paso Robles is drinking very nicely now. Elegant and rich. I really enjoyed the nose.

At this point, the Mourvedre is more dominant, and it feels like a California Merlot. Tangy and interesting with nice complexity and mouthfeel.

Good right out of the bottle, and ready to drink. I've had the 2023 vintage recently, which I liked better.

A good food wine that paired nicely with my double cream Brie cheese.

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Mourvedre. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. A tiny production of only 900 bottles.

Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruit forward on the palate with blueberries, black plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, spices, herbs, dark chocolates, peppercorn and black tea.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and cherries.

This 5-year-old Petit Sirah from Paso Robles is drinking very nicely now. Fruit forward and complex. rich, and 'In your face' kind of wine.

Good right out of the bottle, and much better after 90 minutes of airtime, when the pretty nose shows up.

This Single Vineyard Petite Sirah is drinking at its peak now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.

100% Petite Sirah grapes were aged in (50% new) oak barrels for 17 months. A tiny production of only 660 bottles.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very interesting take on a Spanish style Tempranillo from Paso Robles. Rich and fruit forward. Nicely balanced with nice complexity. Elegant and easy drinking.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime. Showed a great nose once it opened up.

Needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.

Light golden in color.

Oaky nose and with citrus, apples, light spices and light vanilla.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with lemons, green apples, limes, light grapefruits, herbs and spices.

Tangy finish with limes and lemons.

This is a tasty Chardonnay from California. Easy drinking and elegant. Tangy, oaky and spicy.

Still young, and needs a couple of years in the bottle to mature properly, and remove some of the oaky notes.

Good right out of the bottle, and better with some airtime.

This Single Vineyard Chardonnay is elegant and nicely balanced.

A good quality wine, and good by itself or with food.

Dry on the palate with raspberries, cherries, spices, light oak, licorice, chocolates, sweet tobacco and peppercorn.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cranberries.

This is an easy drinking Grenache from San Luis Obispo in California. Fruit forward and engaging, with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.

Good right out of the bottle and good by itself or with food.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years and see how it evolves.

This Single Vineyard Grenache is easy drinking, elegant and nicely balanced. Tangy and better with a light chill.

Paired nicely with hard cheeses.

Deep purple in color with a short purple rim.

Strong nose of blueberries, dried figs, raisins, oak, licorice, cooked cherries, vanilla, spices, espresso, cola, light tobacco and black pepper.

Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with stewed blueberries, cherries, oak, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco, bitter herbs and peppercorn.

Nice length on the finish with round tannins.

This young Grenache is drinking very nicely already. Spicy and rich.

Nicely balanced with mild complexity. Showing a smooth mouthfeel.

Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Easy drinking and good by itself. I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
