Medium lemon yellow . Slight waxy note at first, then herbal tinged yellow fruits , with some citrus , and chalky notes . On the palate this is lightly creamy , with good weight but well balanced with decent quite grippy acidity . More of the citrus , white peach , honied ripe apple . Good length, light herbal tinged finish . Drinking well now and probably over the next 5 years or so .

Delicious white with soft and creamy notes, slight hints of apricot, not quite buttery and with plenty of slight mineral presentation. Perfect with foods with spice. I had quesadillas and spicy shrimp and rice dishes while this was open.

Hungarian Furmint from The House of Vega Sicilia. Lemon, green apple, ginger and smoke. Dry, light bodied with high acidity. Balanced, complex, and “now trending.”
