So much fun, a textural adventure on the palate. Aromas and and flavors of basque cider, melon, green banana, sweet tarts, tums, sea foam and oyster shell mingle about. Shows more in its texture than anything else, high CO2, crumbly and grippy in extract. Almost waxy without being weighty.
