This is so good. Nose has surprisingly ripe orchard and gooseberry fruit, along with low-toned stony minerality and a yeasty note. In the mouth the depth of flavor is remarkable. Deep, intense minerality and enough ripe fruit to keep it from being too severe. Modest acids, just enough to balance. This is drinking beautifully right now. Drink and enjoy over the next couple of years.
