Low sulfites and gentle winemaking techniques,that's how this wine was introduced to me. It's slightly rougher that you'd expect,with tannins letting you know that they're alive and kicking,while the wild berries ascend into ethereal notes.
A Pinot Noir that is typical and yet made with its own personality,I personally loved it.
