Fruity nose of bruised apples, melons, light tropical fruits, light spices, oak and light herbs.
Full-bodied with medium minus acidity.
Dry on the palate with lemons, overripe citrus fruits, spices, light earth, light oak and white pepper.
Tangy finish with lemons and spices.
This 10 year old Chardonnay is still drinking very nicely, with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and buttery.
Spicy and good by itself as a sipping wine.
Grapes were aged in (35% new) French Oak barrels for 12 months.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

Showing overripe citrus and apple fruits with oak, spices, light vanilla, herbs, tangerines, light honeysuckle, sea salt and white pepper.
Nice length on the finish with herbs and dried fruits.
This 9 year old Chardonnay is still drinking beautifully. So nice to see that. Complex and entertaining.
Nicely balanced, and good by itself as a sipping wine. Rich and elegant, and still shows lots of fruits.
Paired nicely with the Italian Prosciutto.
