Here is a wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.
Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim. Not showing age much.
Fruity nose with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, figs, chocolates, tobacco, mocha, coke, earth, cedar, spices, vanilla, licorice, raisins, leather and black pepper.
Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black cherries, sweet raspberries, tobacco, cola, coffee, cedar, chocolates, peppercorn, earth, leather, vanilla, licorice and spices.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a gorgeous Napa Cabernet from a great vintage. Showing great complexity and a great mouthfeel.
This 9 year old is drinking very nicely now. Well balanced, tasty and delicious. Smooth and rich.
I had the 2013 a few months ago, and I liked this vintage even better.
Will age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years. Still has a lot to offer.

I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

A stunningly soft cab. Soft tannins with a full bodied mouth feel. Enjoyed in the wine cellar of Ed and Jodi Osborn. Such a treat!
