First vintage of this wine. Soft and round with Asian pear, melon rind, and just a hint of spice from 12% new oak. Tame acidity. This was stellar with seared scallops and broccolini.

What an interesting blend. 50% grenache blanc, 25% picpoul, 25% roussanne. Quite refined and balanced, with some crispness and a nice finish.

50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Picpoul, 25% Roussanne. The peach and stone fruit is off the hook, Picpoul keeps things focused. More please!
