Frascati Bianco

Been in the fridge a minute this guy. Label is straight forward, but kinda arty. Lovely golden to brassy hue. Aroma of wet limestone and lemon water. Flavors are fresh and interesting. Hint of beeswax, plenty of Meyer lemons and grapefruit peels. Simple finish. Hint of herbs like sage, oregano and marjoram. Almost creamy. This is a nice little screwtop white that’s pretty different than the usual suspects.
