This was absolutely delightful on day one, day two, and day three. On pop and pour the aroma was pleasant and on the palate it was so well balanced and full bodied it just made me happy all three days. I didn’t want to spoil the experience with analyzing the flavor components. Let’s just say it represented Brunello very well and held up strong over all three days. I’m a new fan of this producer.
