2022 vintage. As good as a quality German Riesling, I’m surprised I’m the first to rate this wine. Made in a kabinett halbtrocken style — light, slightly sweet just shy of dry. Check. Unripened peach and something oily (?) on the nose. A good amount of acidity with a long finish. Like a good Riesling the sugar and acid are well-balanced wine. There is a line of minerality underneath apricot and pineapple flavors.
