Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc Paso Robles Roussanne Blend

A nutty, toasty sherry/champagne nose, with lemons and honeysuckle. Acidity's still great though some of the flavours are beginning to fade. Textured, rich, complex, and very drinkable.

In even better drinking form than VT 2007. Luscious.

Delicious! Lees predominating, apricot jam turned to peach after 1/2 hr open. Great mineral backbone, lemon notes, honeysuckle, a little toast. Very big white! Worth the self-control to wait all these years.
