Have always loved this champagne…baked brioche, soft yet leaves my mouth was incredibly acidity and length..paired with baguette and escargot

More fruit than brioche in a good way

Shout out to Julia and Tiffany’s for the stemware! Bursting with apples and stone fruit. Biscuit dough and preserved lemon add complexity. Worthy for a celebration, and if a celebration in itself.

Maybe too early, but I am not convinced yet. Nice champagne, clearly CdC style, but missing depth i.m.h.o.
