Not technically Etna Rosso (100% Nerello Mascalese), but the spirit is there. Lovely floral and mineral expression with serious tannin structure.

Loving this #wine. Light delicate color, water white top. Aromas for days. Briary robust strawberry, baby powder, fine pink rose petals.
Bright lively. Lots of structure. Raspberry, cranberry. Have to search for tannins. Acidity is spot on. Probably the lightest Sicilian i can remember. #winner

Nice but a little clumsy. All the flaws disappeared though, once I introduced it to a big juicy burger :-)
