Medium garnet , quite a quite wide garnet rim . This is quite spiced on the nose with , some red cherries , spiced raspberries and sweet anise, liquorice, some notes dried herbal , black tea hints . On the palate this is medium bodied with quite high acidity , more spiced cherry , raspberry and herbal hints , with the sweet anise notes also . Not very long on the palate but quite well balanced . Spiced , sweet fruited profile, quite light in style for a Brunello. This is drinking well now and I wouldn’t leave it very much longer, no upside from here , enjoy over the next 3-4 years. Next day , showing a little more dried fruits and spice , anise , still hanging in there , but nothing to gain by keeping.
