Most recent vintage of this Baby Sassicaia. Just as good as the ‘19. Subtle fruit, elegantly balanced. Could drink this all night. Or all week. 😎

Rubis presque violet. Dense et jeune. Un premier nez presque médicinal, cerise, poivron. Le bouquet est agréable. La bouche est puissante, on sent sa jeunesse. C'est long et sec. L'acidité est bien marqué. Les saveurs de cerises et de cèdre s'entremêlent pour ce vin en début de vie.

On nose its floral, dried tobacco, earthy, white pepper and creamy as well.

On palate, its blackberries, plums, wine is full bodied, medium+ acidity, tannic, too young but shows quality from concentration and intensity. 50% Merlot and 50% Carbenet Sauvignon

Dry. Flavors of black olive, tomato leaf, cassis, herbal. Savory and delicious! Firm, ripe tannins. Wonderful acidity.

Brooding dark fruit, cocoa powder and a hint of balsamic on the nose. Great acidity and length. Showing Tuscan terrior with Bordeaux varieties exceptionally. Bravo 👌
