Saldo California Zinfandel

Smooth Zin, with the typical peppery notes. I am not the greatest fan of Zin, but this one is solid. Not a wine for everyone.

Blackberry on the nose with magenta color. Sweet jammy fruit bomb with notes of dark chocolate in the front and a peppery cinnamon finish. Let it breathe and you’ll get hints of spearmint, apricot, coconut. Medium bodied with low acidity. Fruity spicy sweetness pairs well with pork.

Had with steak and so good!

Fresh and crisp. Notes of fresh berries, plum, and currant.

Took to Michael’s first dinner. Thanksgiving. Good choice.

Wonderful Zinfadel. You can taste the Orin Swift roots. A little jammy on the front but wonderful finish.
