Dark inky in color with a purplish rim.

Medium, fruity nose with blackberries, blueberries, figs, cherries, plums, spices, peppercorn and light vanilla.

Full bodied and bold.

Extra dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, oak, herbs, forest floor and peppercorn.

Medium finish with aggressive tannins and spices.

I enjoyed it by itself, but you have to like big tanninic reds, to fully enjoy it. Would be great with grilled meats.
