Still going strong (7/25), the ‘17 Old Vines was nearly black with a jammy, Cherry Herring nose. Super ripe, pushing unctuous, it is loaded with dark fruit, leaning more plum than berry. Lacking a little in balancing acid and the peppery Zin finish.
