Bold it tastes almost like a Cabernet Sauvignon since it doesn’t have the typical jammy finish of American Zinfandel. Oak, blackberry, and currants with hints of aromatic spice. Good but I was actually looking for the jam so it didn’t pair exactly with what I was eating.
