Beautiful pale salmon champagne hue. Aromas of vanilla-y apricot, almond, hint baking spices, perfume. Mouthwatering acidity balanced by a round palate. Grapefruit, citrus zest, spice, herbaceous, a little hot on the finish but still very pleasant.
