Hubacker Riesling 2012

This particular bottle tasted somewhat evolved and sweetish. Crumbly cork, as well. — 12 days ago

Dr. Loosen

Blue Slate Kabinett Mosel Riesling 2023

Fresh, fruity and juicy, with sweetness balanced by acidity. Low alcohol and quaffable, perfect for a warm day. Pairs exceptionally well with corned beef and cabbage. Nice find at Costco. 2023 vintage. — 16 days ago

Enderle & Moll

Baden Pinot Noir 2013

Quite earthy. Light. Ten years later for this basic wine and it still does very well. Strawberries, rhubarb, stem influence, oregano… as it opens up give it many hours! Hint raspberry. Still a lot of tannis. Given that this is the basic wine for E&M and was 20$. This is unbelievably awesome 😎. What a wine - i fear this is my last bottle - a cellar find - i am totally disorganized hahaha 😆. — 16 days ago

von der Fels Rheinhessen Riesling 2019

Lively and acidic but with potential for more. Decided we need to drink this more often. Dont quite have the massive structure of the GGs but still a fabulous wine! — 2 months ago

Educate me. I know Riesling on the same level as Mozart. Not much. But want to know more

@GaryWEdwards King of white wine for me. Germany is the place to start...Pfalz and Rheinhessen. Obviously dry and anything with GG on the bottle will be good. 2011, 2015 and 2018 habe been recent excellent vintages. K.P. Keller is the king of riesling...very expensive and hard to get but just unbeatable. After that its trial and error 🥂

Great counsel. I do know and have enjoyed the Keller. I love Pfalz region and will explore. May thanks.
