Lovely with a slight chill. Light in body but deep in flavor. — 4 years ago
Cuvée Viticole. Medium body. Medium acidity. Medium, fine tannins. Red fruit, cherry. Juicy and balanced. Drinkable but depth. Still probably a bit young. — 6 years ago
Wow, such a stunning wine. Super juicy northern rhone vibe. — 6 years ago
Beautiful cherry vanilla aroma but a drier, savory, mineral-forward flavor. Reminded me a lot of a cru Beaujolais like Morgon. — 5 months ago
This one has fleshed out nicely over the last 2 years, showing better balance and integration of flavors. Acidity has become more mellow. Nose of lava/asphalt/petrol and grilled lemon. Very mineral, earthy, and austere on the palate as well. Lemony, smoky and salty finish. Almost like a shot of tequila…! 🌵 🍋 🧂
Singular and special. — 9 months ago
Lemon, flinty, bright, and a slightly saltish finish. Delish! Wish I had more — 4 years ago

Listan Prieto, aka Mission aka Criolla chica aka Pais. The Benje Tinto from Envinante sourced from the DO Ycoden Daute Isora on Tenerife. Opens up very reductive, so be patient with it. Tart red fruit, very savoury and salty, like licking a stone, peppery. Like a northern Rhône but in the lack of flesh. Now call me conservative, but this above my threshold. However, very playful and fun, complex as well with a decent lenght and playful. — 6 years ago

Brilliantly fresh, juicy & with a slight funky twinkle.
Dark crunchy fruit (cherries, damson plums) but also fresh raspberries, a pinch of dried herbs and a smoky, slightly edgy, fresh minerality. Amazing purity, esp. after breathing a bit.
On the palate this is light footed with a crunchy, juicy light btannic frame filled with fresh fruit and a a bit of crushed rock & smoked roast. Great precision & nice depth. So juicy, so fresh.
Brilliant stuff, esp. with some food (grilled veggies!). Yum!! — 2 years ago
spanish cherry blaster. medium body & medium-high acidity, zippy but soft with a hint of spice, cherry, plum & stone. winery name translates to “wine yourself” which makes me think of “frost yourself” from 10 ways to lose a guy. this has nothing to do with the wine but feels relevant nonetheless after wining myself all night. — 6 years ago
not as strong as the last vintage i had (2015), but still a fantastic wine. — 6 years ago

— 4 months ago
