This wine needs to open up. At first I could taste smoke on the palate. But after a an hour the Pinot noir cherry flavor came through. I woul definitely try this again! — 8 years ago

One of the bolder Pinots. Notes of cherries, currants, and licorice. Light tannins. Very clean. Really good wine. — 9 months ago

First wine I’ve ever aged! 2014 Alexana Pinot Noir from the Fennwood Vineyard. Drank at the cabin in WV in celebration of Betsy’s 34th birthday and my first SM promotion. We humbly had this wine with plastic dish ware instead of stemware lol. This bottle stood the test of time - juicy ripe fruits, balanced acidity, with some earth notes. Absolutely wonderful and so thankful! In the company of Betsy, Mollis, and Kelly King. — 3 years ago
July 2020. GSM blend from Argentina. 67% Grenache, 14% Syrah, 19% Mourvèdre. So good. Black fruit, long finish, complex. Not a wimpy wine to be sure. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried so far from Revana Family Vineyards — Alexana Pinot, and the Soleado from Corazon del Sol. — 6 years ago
Wonderful dark fruits, complex flavor. Loved it! Would definitely drink again. — 7 years ago
