Very nice, one of the better ones I've tasted. Complex, not too sweet, but still clean tasting. — 4 years ago

A case for decanting saké? Too rich for my blood when first opened, but it became far more elegant after a week opened in the fridge. Very fruity and sweet at the start, but it became more nuanced with air. By the last few pours it reminded me a little of a savoury Sauv Blanc almost, though with far less acidity. Not bad. — 2 years ago

Intriguing sake. Never had anything like this before. Traditional Mizumoto method, fermented with no temperature control and little intervention. Savory and quite acidic, notes of tamari. Serve very chilled. 18% abv. — 6 months ago
