Surprisingly, bright with red fruits, anise, wild herbs on the nose. Initial fruit forward, quickly melds into new leather, stewed red/black fruit with a chewiness. Dry, medium plus alcohol, medium plus bodied, silky tannins, medium acidity. Nice finish. It can age longer, but probably won't increase in enjoyability. For the price point, it's a 👍 but not overwhelming so.

2016 The Third Twin - Nuestra Señora Del Tercer Gemelo Mourvedre. Not the Graciano. A beast of a wine. Tons of complexity with an exaggerated amount of life yet remains silky and seamless. Layer upon layer of flavors and aromas evolving with more air. Exciting to see where this will go in the next 7-15 years. Love this. Will definitely get better with time but hard to understand how. — 6 years ago
