Rich berry and pepper on the nose with a full, smooth body of dark berries. A great and versatile table wine that seems to go with everything. Balanced tannin and acid tie everything into a solid profile. — 9 years ago

Clear, pale to medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of blueberries, tabacco, and red plums; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of dried strawberries, grilled plums, and tar with a long finish. This wine is intense and complex. Thw bitter tannins are a little overwhelming. Overall, I rate this wine as good. — a day ago
