Thoroughly enjoyed this bottle. Tart green apple, Myer’s Lemon and just the right amount of oak. — 4 years ago
At Ordinaire this afternoon. 2 years in barrel, 3 in bottle. Deep flavor, concentrated, powerful acidity. 13.5% but not heavy. Classic Burgundian but mercifully free of new oak. More, please! — 10 years ago
Delicious with beef borscht. Must get more! — 12 years ago

One of the most beautiful whites I have had in ages. — 8 years ago
Pale straw yellow. Clear. Smal nice bubbles. Dry, crisp and elegant. Apples, citrus and brioche on the nose. Lemon, grapefruit and toasted bread on the palate. Yeasty and buttery. Long finish. Wonderfully paired with sushi. — 9 years ago

Is this lemonade?? Lemon zest, lime zest, and lemon juice with savory herbs and sea salt. In a good way. Dry and slightly astringent. Touch of underripe pear and green apple. I like it, but pucker up. — 5 months ago
