Medium bodied rose. Vibrant and saline with sweet blackberry notes. Really pleasant and refreshing one of my favorite roses. — 4 years ago
A very nice kitchen sink blend of both local and international varieties from Mallorca. Dark fruits (blackberry, plum, black cherry) on the nose and palate, along with some pleasant earthiness. Nice balance a good acidity. Blend of Callet, Gorgollasa, Mantonegro, Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. 4/30/23. — 4 years ago
Crisp, bright, very unusual white wine made with 2 red varieties (Callet and Giro Ros) and Premsal, a white variety indigenous to Mallorca. Not very expressive nose, with hints of tropical fruit and maybe hay. Citrus, unripe pear and some salinity and almost fizzy finish. High acidity. — 6 years ago

It is motor america, but might be a different blend: (callet, monastrel, manto negro) love drinking this- so different. Aromatic mineral, volcanic, cranberry, red licorice, ripe tomato. Grapefruit. Great acidity. Medium minus body. Young, but also mature? Probably goes with every food imaginable. — 4 years ago

Absolutely amazing full bodied with zero teeth. Enjoyed with TT over some incredible food after a road trip around Mallorca. 9.7 for me, rivals Amarone from Venice! — 4 years ago

Smoky, volcanic mineral nose. Reduction. Cloudy purple. Makes me think of a Prince album.

An unusual old vines blend of 6 or more varieties farmed to biodynamic principles. Fermented with skin contact. A medium yellow color. Nose of flowers and spice. Intense palate ripe white fruit. Intense mineral backbone. Powerful wine but fresh with some poise. Paired with a rice bowl featuring Haloumi, bacon and Hawaiian avocado. — 6 years ago

A fortunate find in a suermarket in Arta. Tasting motes are a bit superfluous, but great fruit aromas and softness with a little length. Very easy to drink for 14%... Wasted teally on burgers and patatas bravas in our lovely finca. — 2 months ago
