Pale pink, crisp, light orange citrus aroma. Strawberries, white peach taste and citrus finish. Funky short fat bottle doesn’t fit in wine refrigerator however it’s short enough to fit in main refrigerators shelves. — 4 years ago
Deep, dark yet balanced. Black fruits, slate and some earthy low notes. Great wine. Impressed. — 5 years ago

From mag. This is quite unbelievable given this is 100 years old. A garnet core with some bricking, but looks like a wine from the 60’s or 70’s. Very pure and translucent. Pretty blue fruit with lovely balance and still delicate fruit. Just wow. — 7 years ago
Nice flavor, not overly sweet — a year ago
Just like the taste and texture. Reminds of a picnic on the hillside of a vineyard long ago. No bite. Great with a meal or on its own. — 4 years ago

Very good South African Pinot from Walker Bay Area. Produced by rising star winemakers Carolyn and JC Martin.
Developing nicely with integrated alcohol and tannins.and excellent fruit forward elegant Pinot.
According to latest releases these traditional Pinots are being replaced by new wine making styles and I hope they haven’t thrown the baby out with the bath water!
