Good value northern Rhône syrah. Lots of the standard markers: dark cherry, blueberry, black olive, some smoky bacon. Medium tannins, firm but not overpowering. — 2 months ago

Vintage 2022 | incredible supple, velvety taste, spicy taste, fantastic | paired with a Côte de Boeuf with morels sauce | at La Fruitière Les Rousses — 7 months ago
2015 lovingly stored, drank at what feels like its peak in 2026, all the necessary acidity and fruit but deep and mature secondary flavors of Syrah — 2 months ago
Another solid vintage. Beautiful golden color. Aromas of stone fruit, honey and white flowers. Fruit salad flavors of peach, pear, apricot, nectarine and a bit of tropical fruit. A rich honey/beeswax note on the long finish. Silky/oily texture with low acidity. (Wine is still nicely balanced.) Quite vibrant and succulent with a lovely creamy structure. Solid value for Condrieu. Aged quite well. — 2 months ago

Great Chablis, although slightly heavy on the fruit for me. I’m having it as a Friday aperitif, but probably better as a food wine. Meyer lemon, melon, some brioche, saline and long crisp finish. A little oily and mouth-coating. — 22 days ago
