Blend of hybrid varieties Frontenac Gris (25%) and La Crescent (75%) from a vineyard in Vergennes, in the Champlain Valley (Vermont). Very good, complex. You could not tell these are hybrid varieties — 3 years ago

100% Rye. Smooth, sweet (molasses) with a medium complex spice on the finish. Fairly balanced. At first it seems light for a whiskey but after a few sips the complexity on the finish builds greatly. — 6 years ago

Little oaky at first, but after a breather the oak recedes and gives way to red & dark fruits; like a juice — 8 years ago

Absolutely everything you want a cider to be. Leesy, fruity, absolutely wonderful. A joy to break open and crush with a friend when you only have 30m to chill. — 8 years ago
Maybe a touch over the hill but still lovey orangeade — 3 years ago
An unexpected but not at all off-putting muddy marigold color, more similar to a sherry. Fine bubbles, a little oxidative. Apple butter On the nose. — 4 years ago
This is insanely complex. Just tons of flavor and again awesome malt backbone similar to heady. Tart grapefruit, limes, with a bread like quality. Then big bitterness like orange rind and pine sap. Makes my mouth water. — 6 years ago
I will give a 9.4 for Vermont. — 7 years ago
