Pure fruited and spicy from whole cluster fermentation. Light in color but with fresh acidity and a medium bodied frame of crunchy, earthy, forest fruit. From the Franschhoek Valley in Paarl, where vine plantings are as scarce as Hoendertande “chicken’s teeth.” Good for the turkey table. Sustainably farmed. — 4 months ago
