Stunning. The real deal with concentration and acidity. Not amped into Napa cab. The best wine I have had in months. — 6 years ago
Beautifully smooth wine with plenty of fruit. — 7 years ago
Nose: hint of Brett. Blows off.
Palate: tight. Good. Clean. Not joyous.

Cherry ,Raspberry, cassis with some minerality in the finish. Still in it’s youth and in need of a leisurely decant — 5 years ago
When it comes to French wines I'm cautious. :) A half of star cautious. :) Because, in my experience, you need to spend more money than in any other country to find very good French wine. This one is very good, but the nose promises more than we get on the palate. Fresh fruits (a cherry, a blackberry) disappears on the palate which is full of vanilla and a leather. Mild tannins but the finish isn't long. — 6 years ago
Classic burgundy pinot. Smooth, subtle fruit. Paired with duck confit and lamb shank — 2 years ago
Quite complex, intense nose. Red fruit, earthy notes, forest floor. Fresh, very young — 5 years ago
